NCSTGRAMS is a cloud based application software developed by NIC as a Digital Initiative of India by Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India. It is an easy to use graphical interfaceand embedded with comprehensive security features. This platform is being provided on an "as per the information updated by the NCST.

Description of Service

NCSTGRAMS does not actively pre-screen content, but it reserves the right to refuse or remove any content or account that in its sole discretion is found to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, promoting violence, defamatory, pornographic, or violating NCSTGRAMS Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct or violating any other user or party's intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

NCSTGRAMS does not guarantee that the platform shall meet any specific requirements, or that it will be available uninterrupted, or that it is secure, encrypted and error-free, or that the results obtained using the platform will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information available on the platform will meet user expectations.

Users expressly understand and agree, that in no event will the Government of India be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of NCSTGRAMS.

Right to Modify or Terminate

NCSTGRAMS reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice. NCSTGRAMS in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse any current or future use of the platform for any reason at any time. Such termination may result in the loss of all the content hosted therein.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Law. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
